- If you are staying less than 7 nights you must begin or end your stay on a Saturday (or mid week with no Saturday night stay)
- Surcharge of $30 night per for the 5th guest
- $225 Cleaning fee for less than a 6 night stay

- Must be 25 or older to rent this property during spring break
