5. Personal contact with me via the phone anytime within reason – approximately 9am to 11pm 7 days a week.

7. Easy check in / out process – no worrying about arriving late – someone is on the property 24 hours a day to check you in. No worrying abut picking up or dropping off keys – all you need to check in is the paperwork I email to you – keys are on the property.
8. Personally decorated and fully furnished units – all linens / towels including beach towels.
9. Clean accommodations – I use the same maid all the time – no room for excuses.
