To provide an exceptional rental experience in exceptional accommodations by providing: 

1. Integrity in my advertising and the whole rental
    process - never any hidden fees or misleading
    information.

2. On line availability calendars.

3. On line virtual tours - assuring you of what you see is
    what you get.

4. Quick reservation process - takes about 5 minutes on
    the phone or the entire process can be done via the 
    internet for foreign guests.

5. Personal contact with me via the phone anytime
    within reason - approximately 9am to 11pm 7 days a
    week.

6. Choice of payment options, credit card, money order
    or check.

7. Easy check in / out process - no worrying about
    arriving late - someone is on the property 24 hours a
    day to check you in. No worrying abut picking up or
    dropping off keys - all you need to check in is the
    paperwork I email to you - keys are on the property.

8. Personally decorated and fully furnished units - all
    linens / towels including beach towels.

9. Clean accommodations - I use the same maid all the
    time - no room for excuses.

10. Unedited guest comments (scanned from the on
      site guest books) from guests who wish to share
      their experience.
