Restrictions
- Minimum 5 nights stay On season and special events, 4 nights in Mid season, 3 nights Off season
- If you are staying less than 7 nights you must begin or end your stay on a Saturday (or mid week with no Saturday night stay)
- Surcharge of $15 night per for the 5th and 6th guest
- $90 Cleaning fee for less than a 6 night stay
- No Pets
- No Smoking
- Not suitable for children under 5
- Must be 25 or older to rent this property during spring break
- Discounts for 7 nights or longer
- All rates are plus 12.5% tax
- Other fees - none
Payment
 
- 50% of payment is due upon reservation
- Remaining balance due 60 days prior to stay
- Master Card, Visa, and Personal Checks are accepted
